i finally got around to listening to the legendary abbey road. it’s one of the most consistent albums i’ve ever listened to in terms of having absolutely no songs that i didn’t like. but to be completely honest, here comes the sun was the only one that made me go *wow*
i really hope the rest of the album continues with this neo-soul style, absolutely gorgeous
easier is absolutely gorgeous, even if i tried is nice and guess who is not really my thing
there's really nothing memorable here other than the title of track 3 lol, but it's not so bad that i struggled to get through it
really really groovy soul album super consistent across the four tracks, the highlight was hyperbolic in my opinion. it's just so incredibly funky. a must listen for fans of soul music, especially prog soul. my only complaint is that even as someone that enjoys long songs, some of these felt like they went on for a little too long.
very similar to the game itself, this soundtrack isn't fromsoft or yuka kitamura's best. but it's still good.
some of the funkiest bass playing i've ever heard paired with great vocals and some classic soulful ballads makes for a really great and very enjoyable album
i'm not joking when i say this is genuinely one of the best songs i have ever had the pleasure of hearing in my entire life
incredibly diverse and consistent album with fantastic production and great rapping performances, i always love to see jazz and soul influences in rap projects. i found the interludes super charming and great additions to the already varied tracklist.
