Another absolutely great single. I'm convinced that MADLO was just released because of label deadlines (hell, the old version of the album literally has a song on it complaining about their label, and the fact that the vinyl version is practically full of demos should tell you enough). They've got their killer songwriting and flavor back.

Another excellent single from her. This one packs a lot more punch, though I do think I prefer the previous single a little bit more - it's just so lush. This album is shaping up to be great. I like the poppier direction (yes, I'm that guy).

Solid pop record. Has some surprisingly inventive sounds on it. Unfortunately, while there are some great highlights, I think it's main flaw is that it's all a little too similar, and as a result of that has some songs that feel like filler. Which is honestly not great, considering the album is only ten tracks long. It also has an especially unflattering ending, which left me very disappointed.

Pretty disappointing compared to their debut. They exchange exciting folk instrumentation and songwriting for much more derivative indie rock stuff. Less charming, less original, much less enjoyable. Stick to the previous record.

Eh... I see the appeal in a collaboration like this, but it's not for me. I think that billy woods feels super out of place in this track, and the track without him is just missing something.

Whoa! Might be one of their best yet. This is the most fleshed out and mature their style has ever been, and it's absolutely great. Super excited for this album.

To keep it short, I don't think this is an 85. Influential for sure, but not a great release in my opinion. I think there's a big lack of substance overall. Very similar theming throughout the entire thing yet it never really delves too deep into anything. One of his best, incredibly slept on. Very good writing. I know the instrumental may sound a little basic and you may not be used to listening to Lil Nas X for his lyrical substance (and I don't blame you), but really, sit down and just listen to what he's saying. Super vulnerable, especially since this was released during one of the hottest moments of his career. Great stuff. I wanna hear more like this.

This is a bad Twenty One Pilots song but a decent song for a show. I didn't like it. Felt way too flat and the production turned me off.

Let the song die. Four years too late, but realistically just should have never happened.

Unfortunately a miss. I tried liking this, but I just cannot. Something about the songwriting does absolutely nothing, and not in an offensive way, but in the most disappointing way possible. Feels like trying to put wet noodles through a circle shaped hole. Like yeah you got it through the hole, but it wasn't a circle shaped block, it was just some wet noodles you slung through it.

Complete classic, don't care how white or gay it is. This shit shaped my music taste and bleeds through everything I like and make.

"Your first love is so sweet / the rest is sugar-free" is genuinely such a great line, even if it's a little simple. Absolutely floored me on first listen.

Really grew off of me. It's a shame. I loved this record to death when it first came out - I would genuinely play the entire album on loop 24/7. But it just... does not interest me anymore. I can't bring myself to listen to it. I'm probably just severely burnt out from it, and hopefully it'll make sense again at a later date.
