Felt like Joji has a selective way to put effort in certain songs, which gives the album a notable discrepancy between the quality of the songs. Great record overall, but didn't seems like an album, it would fit more like and EP in my opinion.
Boring experience , certainly an album where you only listen to it once, taking only 2 good songs from it. Efortless and emotionless, overrated and tedious.
Whole Lotta Energy, Originality, Creativity and Innovation, even though it gotta a huge insipiration by the underground rage scene, brings it to the mainstream scene in a way that inspires a whole hip-hop scene musically and in a style way, bringing the vamp aesthetic and opium vibes to the record, wich have a dark and psychedelic type of vibe on the songs.
Such great lyrics, unfortunately with a bad execution and delivery. A lot of songs with the same vibe and choise of instrumens, such as "Is There Someone Else?" and "Starry Eyes" wich i though it was the same song when i first listened to it. Boring album in general, all beats kinda bring the same felling in a way that i can't really fell the diference of feeling and energy between the songs.
