damn... ive listened to a hundred albums...? wow... what a journey...

on the 14 of april, 2026, i have had the privilege of seeing Geordie Greep live in singapore, and it was truly such an insane and breathtaking experience. he basically played a extended 2 hour version of The New Sound, and it was absolutely incredible. the power and viciousness of the performance is something extraordinary, and is something few artists can replicate.

i mean, it's not the worst thing i've heard, i suppose. it's just generic boring music you'd expect to hear on any radio ever.
genuinely so much better than i expected.
this album is definitely pretty horrendously overhated. the productions actually really good, and though some songs are not exactly the best, they're not terrible either. overall, this album can definitely be better, but its very far from being bad.
nowhere near as good as his recent album. overall the songs feel more unpolished and the album as a whole is definitely more inconsistent.
