JID creates another masterful album with great hooks and lyrical ability on display. While this album deserves all the praise it has gotten, it still has a couple skips which is why I found the user score to be surprisingly high. Nevertheless, JID has cemented his place at the top of the rap game with The Forever Story.
Best Tracks: Sistanem, Crack Sandwich, Can't Make U Change, Kody Blu 31
Worst Tracks: Raydar, Can't Punk Me
Logic returns with another great album in College Park as he not only continues his career renaissance, but he seems to have progressed his sound. Vinyl Days definitely felt more of a love letter to hip hop while this project builds off of that to usher in a sound that is more distinctly Logic. As someone who is also from Maryland, it definitely felt like I was back home when listening to the album.
