This is Conan's best album to date. Every song from start to finish is absolutely amazing, but it's mostly due to the production. Just another project that proves that Dan Nigro is a beast. I will say, what this album is lacking is some good songwriting.. Alley Rose and Winner being the only exceptions, phenomenal songwriting. I really wish that he gets the recognition he deserves some day.
From start to finish, Kate Bush's project, "Hounds of Love" is possibly one of the most immaculate albums I have ever heard. This is music. fav tracks: Mother stands for confort, The Morning fog, Running up that hill.
This is not even a bad album, just a bit underwhelming for someone who is on top of the world currently. However I am also of the opinion that these ratings are influenced by people's deep rooted hatred towards her as a person. While this album does not compare to past projects such as evermore(her best album), folklore and Red(Taylor's Version), this is still a quite enjoyable album. This might seem controversial, but this is my favorite Ariana Grande project. This is her only project(to date) that I can fully play and not skip any of the songs.
This album screams summer to me for some reason. On this project, Troye is a bit more embracing towards his true self and I'm here for it. The singles are also perfect.
This album is quite literally the definiton of the word "okay". Nothing spectacular, nothing out of the ordinary. The opening track is absolutely beautiful but that's about it. Definetly has some of Ariana's better songs on here aswell. However, after a while the album gets bland. The last three tracks could've easily been cut. fav tracks: true story; the boy is mine.
UPDATE: I was wrong and I take my words back, the album is full of bangers. 55-> 75
definetly one of the better projects of the year. I somehow got through it slower but it was honestly worth it. fav track: sympathy is a knife
The main issue with Gracie Abrams is that she lacks any type of personality in her music. She's trying to follow the same formula that worked for Taylor Swift but honestly it is not working. The album has repetitive lyricism and bland production. Only tracks worth listening to are: Risk,Us,Tough Love and Close to you.
