Selena Gomez - Scared of Loving You
10

To the twinks on tik tok who said this is her 'folklore' era, I'm coming for you.

Sabrina Carpenter - Short n' Sweet (Deluxe)
80

The score is for the bonus tracks.
The dolly parton remix makes me want to kms, the rest of the songs are cute.

Inhaler - Cuts & Bruises
50

Now this project in particular I never really liked, besides the singles...the rest of the album feels weirdly boring.

Inhaler - Open Wide
70

There's an argument to be made that the second half of the album is stronger, HOWEVERR I still enjoyed the first couple of songs.
Fav: The Charms
Least Fav: Your House

Inhaler - It Won't Always Be Like This
80

I remember finding about them a few summers ago and damn, their music remains fire asf. Might have a bias since I'm quite literally in love with Elijah Hewson, but this album is full of bangers anyway.

An incredible deluxe version added to an already incredible album, yup..sza we know u the queen of rnb.

The Weeknd - Hurry Up Tomorrow
40

Never listened head to toe to a the weeknd album because quite frankly he bores me, but I decided to try and well, I am now sure that his music isn't for me. Maybe I'm not getting it but I simply can't listen to it, besides the Lana feat. and baptized in fear(which went straight to my playlist) the album was a snoozefest. Good production tho!

Lana Del Rey - Blue Banisters
95

Lana's best album by far, one of my favs oat.

Beyoncé - Lemonade
85

Just realised I don't have a review up for this album lol, anyway. Robbed for aoty but wbk. What I like about Beyonce is that her sound is NEVER the same. I think that's a foolish thing to say but most artists have very specific sounds, while she reinvents herself over and over again. It's truly refreshing. Also..Daddy Lessons is a fucking masterpiece and it doesn't get enough love.

Beyoncé - BEYONCÉ
70

Embarassing to admit but this is the first time I'm hearing this album. I've listened to Lemonade, Renaissance and CC and I have to say, while this album is good it doesn't rise to the level of the other three. Still better than what most artists released or even continue to release.

Ethel Cain - Perverts
90

Well I wasn't excpecting this but it was BOMB.

Billie Eilish - HIT ME HARD AND SOFT
70

Sorry but compared to WWAFAWDWG and HTE, this project falls short. This might be a very unpopular opinion but I feel like her work with Finneas is getting monotone. Sure, this is a good album with absolute bangers, but this isn't an album I find myself going back to. Art is subjective tho, so maybe this isn't for me. However, going back, I'd love to see her try other producers and see what she has in store other than the comfort that she's in.

Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly
100

True music, true art.

SZA - Ctrl
95

Idk yall..sza just does it for me every single fucking time. From start to finish this album kept me captivated and curious and idk why she isn't bigger because she definetly has the music to back it up.

80

Overhated queen, solar power you will always be famous to me.

Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
95

As much as I hate Kanye...damn, he does know how to make music that makes you feel like you're ascending to another dimension. At least this album does that for me.

Beyoncé - COWBOY CARTER
95

Now this is what you call an AOTY.
update: and I was right LMAO

RAYE - My 21st Century Blues
90

Wow..
I wasn't familiar with Raye. However, after she recieved her two grammy nominations this year I thought I would give her a try before predicting these year's winners. All I have to say: Give this damn lady her damn flowers ALREADY. This album had me hooked right from the beggining. It's insane how talented she is and at the same time sososososo awfully underrated. Really hoping for to get rightfully recognized.

Lauryn Hill - The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill
