Fiona Apple - Fetch the Bolt Cutters

Queen, I think it's time to make a comeback and show these lame asses what real music sounds like❤️

Fiona Apple - When the Pawn...
95

Quite literally one of my favorite albums of all time. When I first listened to When the pawn and Fetch the bolt cutters back to back I felt like heaven was real for a second.

Dua Lipa - Future Nostalgia
75

Okay so.
After listening to radical optimism which bored me to death by the time I reached the second half of the album, I decided to give Dua Lipa another chance. First of all, this album is packed with hits..and I mean HITS. But I never really got around to listening to the full album. Right from the opening track I was hooked, unlike her latest album. By any means, I don't think this album is revolutionary but it's really fucking good. I don't expect Dua Lipa to spark any type ... read more

Kind of moved by the way she's allergic to making listenable music.

Selena Gomez - I Said I Love You First
35

Just why is she doing this to herself?

Måneskin - RUSH!

Well at least they were memorable on Eurovision.

boygenius - the record
85

This album gripped on to me back in 2023. Not a big Bridgers fan, and I haven't heard of Lucy or Julien until they formed Boygenius.
I liked their self titled EP, but this is just on another level.
True Blue is the best song on the record, hands down.

Dua Lipa - Radical Optimism

For the longest time I thought I was missing out on this album, I mean, training season is a banger. But this album is quite literally just radio crafted songs. Future Nostalgia is next on my list.
The first half is better than the second one

Lady Gaga - MAYHEM

The singles were PREFECTLY chosen. I was thinking how dwas was going to fit into this album, but it was a perfect closing track to an already amazing album. I've personally never listened to a Gaga project head to toe, but if this is what the experience is like then count me in. Garden of Eden and How Bad Do U Want Me are PERFECT, and the rest of the deep cuts are phenomenal. Thank you, miss Gaga.

LISA - Alter Ego

The marketing leading up to the actual release was cringe as fuck, tried to press play with a clear head but I'm sorry. It's not doing what it's supposed to do. It lacks inspiration and the deep cuts are painfully boring. The Future feature was cute tho.

Sabrina Carpenter - emails i can't send
85

Vulnerable, fun, sexy and beautiful. These words can be used to describe both the artist and the album. Definetly better than S&S, but I'm glad she got her flowers, about damn time!
P.S: bet u wanna and decode are the greatest.

Alec Benjamin - Narrated For You
45

Back in 2019 I was basically hypnotized by this man's music. Looking back at it now..what the fuck was I smoking? It's not as bad as I expected it to be when I decided to revisit this album, but it is filled with painfully bland and mediocre(and to some extent cringe) songs.

The Weeknd - Starboy
70

The Weeknd is a phenomenal artist in my opinion. I can understand why he appeals to people the way he does. Do I think he's the most relevant artist out there? Well, no. But this album is good. I am also of the opinion that if this album didn't exist he wouldn't have half the fame he has now. He really struck gold with this record.
Fav: All I know, Attention

Rihanna - ANTI
70

Well I personally wasn't aware that I basically already knew almost every song on this album..
Full of hits and even the deeper cuts of the project hit really damn hard. Really wondering why she's stopped releasing after this album. She has timeless hits, but this album is basically her only notable LP.

FKA twigs - EUSEXUA
85

At a loss for fucking words. Just listened to the project and..wow. It really is one of those projects that leave you SPEECHLESS. She might have converted me into a fan.

Ethel Cain - Preacher's Daughter
95

I've listened to this album about two years ago, and even if I don't find myself going back to it all the time, it's one of the best albums I have personally ever heard. With a compelling storyline, brilliant production and beautiful story telling, she sets an image and some sort of atmosphere to this album. Love, love, love it.

Gracie Abrams - Good Riddance
40

She is definetly a good songwriter. I just feel like her music is way too boring, maybe I don't get it, maybe it isn't for me. There wasn't a single song on this album that actually caught my attention on my initial listen. The Secret of Us was an overall better record.
