Listened to this yesterday and I have to say..I'M OBSESSED. This is my favorite pop record of this decade so far. My personal album of the year and it's insane that this is only her DEBUTTTTT.
I tried sitting with this album ever since it released, and the only thing that kept taking over my thoughts was "Did she really cook up all this in 7 years or 7 unfortunate days?"..I rest my case.
If you're going to release 44 songs in total at least make sure that second half of the project is more bearable than the first.
I was scared that this album would be just SnS scraps. But after listening to this on repeat, this is overall a better project than her latest album, while still failing to achieve the intimacy and rawness of eics. It's fun pop music, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.(p.s: as someone who just broke up with the devil's reincarnate I believe that she made this just for me.)
I'd say that this a fairly good debut album. The singles are definetly the best songs on this record, and while this LP is not exactly something to write home about it, was pretty enjoyable.
I like to imagine that she didn't make music before emails i can't send. Looking at me is a bop though!
I'm not falling for the hate propaganda because this actually had some good songs and he's a pretty good vocalist. Get him a good ghostwriter and a decent producer and we'll forget about Harry Styles soon
