An odd mix of sounds that my brain keeps telling me I should hate, and yet I don't. Some of this album's influences are so apparent
While some of its tracks aren't all that remarkable the standouts are some of the best ive heard from this band

It has the same problem I have with paper mache where most of the songs sound kind of the same, this time around though I like that sound a lot more and there are definitely a lot more stand out tracks with billabong valley, doom city, and nuclear fusion
Going from pure silence in dead girl to "fingered slowly 🫦" in bonus poem had have been one of the funniest and most jarring experiences I have had while listening to music, this album is fucking fire tho.
I understand the hype but I cant lie its not really my vibe. It does seem like something that might grow on me over time though
Usually, im not a fan of short-ass albums especially when I've been super hyped for them, yet in the case of the hardcore scene it works so well. This shit slaps.
Easily one of the darkest and most unforgiving albums in Gojira's discography. While other projects have their emotional moments it's usually a lot more monotone and upsetting, here it's pure rage and depression. It's dark and cold
Super fun and catchy. I will forever love Ambrose's vocals they will never get old.
This is really hard to rate because each song feels so disjointed with the vibe it's trying to go for. I think this would be better to listen to in the background then focus on heavily. The heavy aspects feel kind of generic at points unless it's one of the many features on vocals. I think it's best when it's more melodic and melancholy as the atmosphere it builds is really fucking good, it's just the payoff is never there.
