You know what, it’s alright. Sure, there are some corny shots at Kendrick etc. But, there are some good songs like Make Them Cry, which actually has some surprisingly reflective introspections. That one’s making my playlist for sure. The main problem with this album (aside from how out of touch the disses are) is the curation. Many songs seem genuine, but then there’s songs with weird voices like Little Birdie (don’t ask me what he was thinking on that one) or times when ... read more
It’s pretty good with some crazy bangers but a few too many throwaways for such an anticipated album
Some absolute bangers like e85 and secondhand, some boring mid like atm and body dragging them down
I love mink, but idk about this. Milk and honey is amazing, wraith9 really stepping up since fidelio. But there’s a lot of songs im not sure about and I think he somewhat lost his aesthetic. I’m still really hyped for terrified because it’s going to be fully self produced and no samples so it should be a completely different, unique sound, at least I hope so. This album was a fun listen for me as he hasn’t changed one bit so it was somewhat nostalgic as ... read more
Was this mixed at all the vocals sound like they were recorded on voice memos and screen recorded and put on a YouTube trap type beat with CapCut or smth smh
Sofaygo is Jadon Sancho as a rapper. Both burst onto the scene in 2019, both were for a few years considered the next big talent to properly burst onto the seen with age. Now, both are just about doing enough to satisfy their fans but nothing to really expand their horizons. Mixtape instead of an album after a 2 year wait sounds like a loan move to Aston Villa to me. Not to say songs like monster don’t show glimpses of talent, but sancho shows skill every now and then, the story just ... read more
