The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Electric Ladyland

this was my first jimi album, nd it definetely wont be my last. SO fucking good & beautiful & psychadelic just an experience all by itself. didn't mind that 2 of the songs were over 10 minutes, it didn't feel like time wasted. each song built on the feeling of the last and was very cohesive but still each track felt unique. just beautiful.

Kanye West - The College Dropout

wow. now i understand why kanye west is considered a renound artist. every track built upon the last, beautiful features that ADDED to the songs in ways that current rap music doesn't and can't replicate. just a good record. thats all.

"bitch im rich as fuck, thats why everybody nice to me"

yeah basically cartis um.. gone really far downhill in the 5 year "break" that he took. im not even sure this album deserves a full in depth rating because of just how.. lackluster and bland it was. carti continues his career as a weak rapper that uses features to push his uninspiring songs into the limelight (and then tries to cover his tracks by doing hidden features). along with that he just proves how careless and ... read more

Mom Jeans. - Puppy Love

totally feels more rushed than best buds but somehow.. better? is that crazy? just as a whole its a more cohesive listen & all of the songs are over a 7.5/10 for me. sponsor me tape got me into mj!!!!

fucking phenomenal. one of the most memorable midwest emo adjacent albums ive ever listened to, honestly. fun and simple when it needs to be. no try-hard energy at all. although, some songs were pretty forgettable and... vocally unbearable. sorry *sobs quietly* and death cup but you will never be good

just.. sort of weird? somebody said "overindulgent" and i think thats the perfect word. i liked maybe 3 songs but only 1 made it to a playlist. just sort of uncomfortable but maybe thats because i dont like slut culture & sex makes me violently uncomfortable

easy to digest midwest math rock. very smooth & empathetic, i have no complaints really. i just wish it were longer!!

Jeff Buckley - Grace (Legacy Edition)

his studio outtakes are even better than the originals honestly. i cant get enough of jeff! his voice is so angelic he brings genuine tears to my eyes.

Playboi Carti - Die Lit

not bad but something i'll never listen to again. didn't add any songs to my playlist. its good, im just not attracted to it in the same way i was with his debut. very spitty. love nicki though!

beabadoobee - This Is How Tomorrow Moves

good! definetely her best work, and a lot more memorable than Beatopia. still sort of forgettable, although bea has my heart forever! so much fun

Clairo - Charm
92

beautiful!!! her voice just gets better and better through each release. im very glad she shifted into a more experimental sound instead of keeping with the more pop sound that she had in Flaming Hot Cheetos or her other popular singles. Pier 4 is a masterpiece.

dothatshit!, flex, and location are his best songs. after this carti becomes borderline unlistenable but thats okay

Jeff Buckley - Sketches for My Sweetheart The Drunk

another beautiful piece. i miss him so badly. i really do wish he was able to finish this, it wouldve been even better than Grace.

Jeff Buckley - Grace

jeff buckley is really something *special*. genuinely there will never be another artist that can create music that is so emotional and raw and real. hah, so real even.. wouldve been a 10/10 album if it was finished the way he wanted it to be.
