Having in mind the last 2 years, Kanye's mental health and just the fact that he's kinda an asshole it's a damn miracle that "BULLY" is a good album. Up to CIRCLES we might have heard the best Kanye in 2020s, and it's a shame the last third of the album was quite poor compared to the first two. Sadly it leaves much to be desired. After I finished listening to it, I wanted more. "BULLY" didn't gave us enough. But like I said earlier, about the last ... read more
The mix improves some songs like "Procession" or "The Loser In The End" but it also makes some worse like my goat "The March Of The Black Queen" (but I was expecting it). Overall really good mix, different, unique, and it's Queen II. Of course it's perfect.
I love it. I love this album so fucking much. It's catchy, it's weird, and beautiful at times. Basically everything prog rock should be about. Moreover the songs are just amazing. "Giant" is an excellent choice to start with, followed by "Funny Ways" which is just as good. I get it why MF Doom sampled the song. "Alucard" is really interesting. While the instrumental is a perfect 10/10 the vocal is not for me. "Isn't It Quiet and Cold?" is ... read more
I like this album, but honestly I forget a lot about its existence. Genuinely don't know why.
"Songs From the Wood" is the closest thing in terms of quality to "Thick as a Brick" and "Aqualung". It's very good, but there are some small flaws, that hurt this whole record.
Another good record proving the consistency of Jethro Tull.
I could just say this is an album that exist, but I will say that this is a listenable album that exist.
I don't care what anyone says, "The Story of the Hare Who Lost His Spectacles" is a peak song, and "A Passion Play" is a peak album. But it seems like Jethro Tull were trying to recreate "Thick as a Brick" which failed.
Why am I discovering Jethro Tull only now. Their first five album run is really good, and this is the third best one.
Decent debut album, but really different from Jethro Tull's more popular records.
It's great, but compared to their previous work "Waiting for the Sun" is definitely weaker.
Good ass album, but it would have been better if Judas didn't exist.
The highs of "Aqualung" were so high, that it's a crime it's only rated 82 by users. This is a masterpiece, and definitely Jethro Tull's magnum opus.
My guilty pleasure. Loved the show when I was younger, especially the soundtrack. For a kids cartoon it's suprisingly good. Though I have to give it minus points for what they have done to my boy Ezekiel. My guy should have at least merged.
Really excited for the new mix now. It sounds beautiful and definitely improves on every bad aspect of the previous mix.
