every song is better than its studio counterpart in my opinion. sour times and strangers are so much better than their originals that i kinda miss the live versions when i listen to dummy.
some crazy good hooks on here, i really love his songwriting style.
rock n roll suicide and five years are definitely the best songs on here in my opinion. the only song that lacks a bit is lady stardust. i still like it but it just doesn't do it for me like the rest of the album.

a completely perfect album to me. it also has a lot of personal meaning. i know the end might be the best closer that an album can have.

I've listened to the first three Black Sabbath albums about 5 times each. This one gaps the other two in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, they're all fantastic, but this one just excites me in a way the other two don't manage to do. Every single track is flawless, and the whole thing sounds more cohesive than the other two albums I listened to.
first track is shockingly good, second track made me wanna stop listening, skipped the third track after hearing the vocal synths again, fourth track is very listenable, but rather boring
How did he make an almost 2 hour album with 21 songs and yet no filler at all?
