If Cringe Metal was a genre, Slaughter to prevail could be the best at.
I really like Katatonia's music and style, but it's rare to find fresh creativity or new elements in this album. The album and songs are mostly predictable, and if you've listened to their previous albums, there's not much new to offer here. That being said, it's still a good album, and I like it.
I'm not quite sure how to rate this album. IDK whether it's good or bad. Overall, though, listening to it was a cool experience.
Changing the band's name was best decision. Now I can rate it only based on the music itself.
