i cant be the first to say this but wow they sound like television
in the age of hifilutin, ensemble art rock bands and distorted, maximalist electronica, sometimes what you really need is something simple, sparse, and sweet. Just as he did on his eponymous 2023 album, Mendez sings his acoustic diaries like a friend in conversation.
