BULLY is Ye playing it safe after almost destroying his public image and career during the VULTURES run & another massive twitter rant.
This a simple yet entertaining project, trully a step in the right direction. However, so little that stands out compared to the best moments of his career—even Donda, one of his messiest records ever.

Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally is such a fitting title. He just missed a word describing low effort.
I don't think the record is bad at all, but there's too much lacking for it to be a good or even DECENT album. First things first, it's pretty forgettable; the standouts are great, really catchy songs, but the rest...? Uhhh, too much of a snooze fest.
