This game is a VERY flawed masterpiece. Silent Hill 4: The Room is Team Silent trying to explore something more, the concept of walking through the town (Silent Hill) was one step away from turning repetitive. This game is worthy of the saga and the fuckass myth that this was a separate game and then named as a Silent Hill just to "sell more" has done irreparable generational damage, Silent Hill was NEVER a money-making title.
The story, horror elements and especially the sound design ... read more
not my fav from Kendrick but still a good project that has more highs than lows and "reincarnated" is peak kenny
I really came in with low expectations for this. I thought it wasn't going to be that good or just "meh," but as soon as I let go of my judgments and started to enjoy the vibe and the way the band expresses itself, I got really into it. But it wasn’t until the 8th track, "Glass Beach," when I finally got it, I was witnessing something peak. This project is genuinely good, with very interesting and unique elements in its own way.
Yeah, it also has low points for ... read more
simply beautiful but you already knew that, but the last track is not as good as the others for me
Yeah, I couldn't wait, sorry Absolution
Muse Discography #7 – Origin of Symmetry
Yeah, hands down, Muse's best work to date, but also it's a frustrating album. This made me feel like Muse had so much potential to drop something at this level, something amazing and groundbreaking but... never happened. Yeah, Absolution and BH&R are great follow-ups to this, but this is otherworldly.
This album is extremely well produced and composed. It's a powerful record with ... read more
GIVE ME YOUR BEST INSULTS 🗣️🗣️ but this is better than absolution imo
Muse Discography #6 – Black Holes and Revelations
Mannnn, this is MUSE : epicness, deep lyrics, hype, and a touch of darkness.
From the very first track, these elements hit you. It got me wondering “Damn, what happened to them after this?”
The fun tracks were genuinely fun, not cheesy.
The thoughtful lyrics were solid, not annoying.
Maybe I'm just too nostalgic about this album but fuck ... read more

Muse Discography #5 – The Resistance
I think this album is kinda solid in terms of sound, aesthetics, and concept. The production feels a bit rough, but it still gets the job done. The lyrics... yeah, you could say they’re corny and cringey and the same bullshit people always say about Muse, but I think that once you let yourself get immersed in the atmosphere of the album, it's actually decent. The ideas and themes were still ... read more
Maybe it's not favorite genre, but I can see why this builds so much hype for their next album. I can’t deny the production and vocals are beautiful, and it’s so haunting that the 8 minutes go by in no time. Im really interested to hear more from Ethel Cain
At first, I was set on not reading the translated lyrics of this album but I saw the comments and realized they add so much to the experience. It's true, the message ain't something new, but the way it's delivered is so poetic and beautiful that even the album cover makes perfect sense. The lyrics elevate every song and the album as a whole. The blend of jazz and rock is simply amazing, and the folk elements and vocals make you feel deeply connected to nature, a caress to the ... read more
The hell? Where did this come from? Its so good and really needs more attention! An unique trip hop sound with heavy influences by lounge, jazz and RnB, exquisite formula right? It's so consistent and the vocals are just beautiful and sexy
"Breath from Another", "That Girl" and "Country Livin' (The World I Know)" felt like a top tier trip hop songs
I highly recommend this, especially if you like the genres I mentioned
The Apocalypse. The before and after for the Muse fanbase back in the 2010s... Was this really that bad? My hot take: not really.
Muse Discography #4 – The 2nd Law
Yeah, this was way too controversial and I can see why. It's a major turning point for the band. But honestly, I don’t think it's horrible. Yes, some songs here are horrid, but in retrospect, there are also some good tracks here.
The start of this album is really fun, man, especially "Panic Station" ... read more
This was so flat that I can't even think on a starting line for this review
Muse Discography #3 – Drones
In my opinion, this was worse than Simulation Theory. Many songs feel bland—like eating plain boiled chicken without salt or anything. They're not the worst thing in history, but they don’t offer anything special. Just a boring and tiring listen.
The album has some highlights. I think "Reapers" and "The Handler" follow the concept and flow of ... read more
You really wanted this to be an 80s ambiented Netflix movie soundtrack, didn't you, Matt?
Muse Discography #2 - Simulation Theory
First three tracks feel so refreshing coming from WOTP lol
This was really controversial at the time, I think the synths on this sound good and high quality production. But just as there are some highs on this record, there are also very low ones.
1st track "Algorithm" It really immerses you in the topic of the album, the synths sound smooth.
2nd and ... read more
Starting reviewing Muse discography! I guess going from the latest records to the older ones will be a less depressing and way less disappointing experience.
Why doing this with Muse? This band for me is special, it introduced me to listening to music more closely since I was a 14 yo teenager, so this is a really introspctive journey to the past for me
