Not doing anything too crazy or special but very consistently pleasant throughout and thats kinda all you need sometimes
Pure euphoria. Brings upon you the kinds of feelings you want to last forever
Even if I try to turn off the critical part of my brain and just listen for the nostalgia, this was still pretty bad. I don't remember this feeling this lifeless. Not even gonna give this credit for apparently being a huge part of everybody's adolescence since this is just so on-the-nose and unsubtle, she wasn't just dangling a candy in front of this album's target audience, she was shoving them right into our mouths.
just not what i was expecting. i feel that she struggled a bit with merging electronic and baroque elements in a lot of this which is a shame because it sounds so good when done well like in tracks like; chains of love, wall of sound, seeing things, eyes of the world. but mostly i wouldve just preferred more songs like house and was just terribly dissapointed to find how safe the rest of the record would end up sounding like.
