Björk is a genius, and this album proves it. Post is a 1995 art pop/trip-hop/electronic album made by Icelandic singer Björk. This album has a very unique and almost indescribable sound and feel, considering this combines mainstream pop, trip-hop, electronic music, art pop and a lot of other genres all in one project, just shows how good this is, and the talent that Björk has. While this might not be as emotionally driven as Vespertine, in my opinion, it’s just as good, due to the sheer amount of experimentation in this record and also Bjork’s singing in this album, which is amazing and great like always. The production and instrumentals is what solidifies this album and put it all together, because without them, this album would amount to nothing and Björk wouldn’t have done anything with this, like they just carry the album. In conclusion, a great art-pop album that shows just how Peak Björk is.
