This was a mesmerizing experience. Love Deluxe is an Downtempo/Neo-Soul made by singer-songwriter Sade. The album has a very luxurious and luscious sound to it, which is kinda indescribable unless you’ve heard Sade’s music before(which is peak btw). The singing and vocals by Sade are absolute perfection, her soft and melodic voice perfectly suits and compliments her style of music, and especially in this album, which was done perfectly. What a relaxing experience. Flower Boy is a 2017 R&B/Neo-Soul album by Tyler, The Creator. The album has this very chill and lo-fi sound in it, contrary to what you would expect from Tyler, while also being quite aggressive at times, showcasing the two personalities that Tyler uses in this record, like a sort of alt ego, with one being quiet and chill, and the other being anxious and angry at times. Where does brazil find so much talent. Fôrça Bruta is a 1970 MPB & Samba album by Brazilian artist Jorge Ben. The album features a very Brazilian and carnaval-ish sound, with it’s pure happiness, energy and jolliness throughout the record, with it’s acoustic riffs and chords that are very catchy and energetic in the record. The chillest Rap album ever. A Piece of Strange is a 2006 Chipmunk Soul/Conscious Hip-Hop album by rap group CunninLynguists. The album features some amazing and quite obscure samples from beginning to end, and also a sound that’s very based on soul songs, and really great, catchy beats, that really make this feel like a Kanye produced album. This was very chilling. Bryter Layter is a 1971 singer-songwriter & Chamber Pop album by British singer Nick Drake. The album features a very mellow and tranquil sound, that’s characteristic of Nick’s music. The coziness and vibe of this album is perfect for those rainy afternoons in Autumn, or just a day when you’re feeling a bit down.
