This has the most musical presence out of all of the other albums. The only problem is the really corny lyrics. That has always been the problem with his albums. While the lyrics are not good, the production is really good. Anyways, I hope to see more evolving and straying away from the akward lyrics.
Definetely Gambino's best work. I love all of the unique songs that have been put together. So many groovy and funky songs. Im always singing along to this album, it's so catchy. Also, California is a good song.
Freaky ahh album. Feel like I was being touched the whole time. Anyways, I love the production on this album, but not the lyrics as much. Not the biggest Usher fan so my rating is not going to be as high as others. Nothing againat usher, just never been too crazy on his music. Some tracks can be peak and then the next minute im getting touched by his lyrics. Idk.
The most soothing rap album ive ever listened too. I am a huge fan of lo-fi and rap, so this was a great experience for me.
I feel like this is a good resting point. A solid collection of music that I can listen to without having it just be in the background. I was not hoping for anything grandiose, but I still wanted something solid, which is what we got. One of the 6 albums that I actually have songs on my rotation. Anyways, my overall experience of all the albums is like a solid 80/100.
Waaaaaay better than the last 3 albums. Something that I actually want to listen too, rather than background noise. Rapping performance was good and the songs were not as repetitive like the last few albums had been
Beats like no other with some of the best boom bap you can get. This is always an enjoyable album to listen too.
Crazy to see me get put onto his album from a random NFR podcast video. I was suprised to see how good redveil is at rapping over these amazing beats. This album gonna be on rotation for a long time.
I randomly can across this album from a spotify playlist. I heard one the tracks and I instantly had to listen to the full album. Thi album came about when I couldn't find any good music to listen too. This album revived my passion for exploring music. This will forever be one of my favorite albums ever. I'd give this a brief review, but the music speaks for itself on this one. All you gotta do is listen to it.
