Uderrated album.
Sailed to the moon is such a complex song, the time signature changes over than 30 times and seems so effortless, sounds so beautiful with its (maj7) modal mixture, a lot to analyze with this song. People might not hear how complex it is and that's why it is so good.
There there is my second favorite with its Crescendo, the bass guitare is truly amazing.
The message of this album is strong and sadly still accurate to this day.
Very unique, for any bass guitare player/enjoyer: this album is for you.
A great progressive metal album i would recommend to any curious listener.
I think it's important to dissociate Serj's solo work from SOAD, as those are fairly different and not related.
After ''Elasticity'' and ''Perplex city'' this new EP is appreciated. Overall pretty good, strong vocals as always which is crazy for is age (imo), strong instrumental.
Pretty satisfied about this new EP, wil listen again for sure.
Might be an unpopular opinion but A.F Day is ... not that bad...
