despite how absolutely nobody will find this review, partly due to the like 12 thousand reviews this one will be buried behind, but i said i would review this album, kinda forgot about it and now im doin it now ig.
despite this album being revealed with the st chroma snippet only a few weeks before the release, this album quickly became on of my most anticipated albums of the year. its aesthetic felt natural for tyler to cover at some point, as not only does it parallel the more grimy themes ... read more

I don't even need to relisten to it to know its perfect. This ost has been imprinted into my mind permanently

this shit REAL HIP HOP. not nuthin of this "Wesley's Theory" (i mean like who even tf is that), "Blacker the Berry" (i mean buddy racism ended like 300 years ago grandad) or "2007". this CLASSIC truly brought me to the good ol days, where i could beat my wife without consequences. thank you sm cole for bringin back the great memories of my early adolescence.
I was at first pretty bitter that it was higher rated than both the Geordie Greep album, Jpegmafia album, The Smile album and the Godspeed album, but this album is still pretty spectacular for what it is.
Edit: wow this album keeps growing on me. at this rate, it might even overtake my aotys
edit 2- one of the best albums ever, just took a while for it to grow on me
