Maybe it's just first impressions. This is beautiful. it's so introspective and amazingly layered and transitions perfectly. The rapping hits every time, it's an amazing blend between jazz and rap, and I don't mean jazz rap, it's something beyond that. This is one of those projects that just makes you think about how the artist isn't more popular. From this to Lil Big Man and his feature on Smile #2 and Certainty everything this guy puts out is so elite. Never Ever specifically demonstrates this, its SO MF BEAUTIFUL and way too unknown for a song of its caliber. This has no critic attention and 188 ratings. let that sink in.
Other than book of daniel i can't really get down with this as much as Atrocity Exhibition or STH but i gotta appreciate this new weird sound he's going into and how he really can rap on any beat.

Overall just a really fun album but i feel like it went on too long and a lot of this is unmemorable and/or filler to me but the highs are really high and it's a pretty cool experience i reccomend for any memphis rap fans
