From Zero is the best Linkin Park album since Meteora. The album never falls below a certain level, which makes it enjoyable to listen to in its entirety. It definitely has some great songs that you want to come back to, and the rest are just good tracks that you don’t want to skip thanks to good choruses and Emily Armstrong’s great vocals. Very mixed feelings from this album. If you close your eyes to its status and significance, then its quality is very inconsistent. Besides the obvious bangers (London Calling, Lost In the Supermarket), the first half is a bunch of nice fillers. The second half keeps getting better and releases 6 excellent songs in a row. These tracks and previously mentioned songs from the first half leave a good impression. But i don't understand why it was necessary to put so many songs on the album. ... read more
