this album in my head is like the spanish version of SPELLLING’s the turning wheel, strictly because they’re both not the wackiest most groundbreaking albums ever, but they’re just so beautiful.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!
the voice of despair.

The two halves of this album are entirely different but still compliment each other in a weird way. Disks 1 and 2 are like yin and yang.

I really used to think this album is perfect, and holy shit did it grow off of me. It hurts to give it a lower rating because of all the memories but yk.. still an amazing record but not perfect.

I wouldn't say it's fair to rate this album strictly by the tracks as it is both a visual and sonic album. it's about what you hear and see and how those two senses come together.
fav tracks: You Might Think He Loves You for Your Money but I Know What He Really Loves You for It’s Your Brand New Leopard Skin Pillbox Hat // Anne Bonny // Two Heavens // Birds // Whatever I Want (Fuck Who's Watching)
least fav track: Bootleg (Don't Need Your Help)
This record feels like standing in a clothing store for 36 minutes.
I do appreciate Kevin Parker's production on tracks like Watcha Doing though :)
fav track: Anything For Love

I can only describe this album with: Ctrl C, Ctrl V. Only if the copypaste function malfunctioned and made the songs worse each time they were copied.
fav track: TEMPTATIONS
least fav tracks: WHISPER IN MY EAR // TENNESSEE // THOUGHT YOU WERE THE ONE // seems like time moves forever.
Repetitive & unimpressive lyrics, borderline annoying at times. Instrumentals also lack originality (and mixing...?). Abnormally short runtime tells me how uninspired Eric was while writing this record.
fav track: POUR MY HENNY
least fav tracks: MOTHER // WHORE FACTORY // GINGER
