Not bad. Solid songwriting throughout. But I'm concerned about Lindsey's voice. At some point it really seems like she's struggling vocally. The vocal is not what I especially loved on her first record. But here she sounds worse even painful. really hope she can take time to take better care of her voice.

I have the utmost respect for Rina Sawayama. In this day and age where "indie" is the "it" word in the pop industry, it's audacious to proclaim the Y2K pop scene as one's musical inspiration. Yeah I don't know what to say but... as long as Sufjan's having fun, I can live with an ambitionless and mildly interesting project.
