I’ve been forgetting too much recently.
Much of the things I’ve forgotten are trivial matters, such as the names of people I’ve briefly met or what I was supposed to do after walking into a new room. I brushed off those instances thinking a tiny lapse of memory was normal for everyone, and to be fair I haven’t been the healthiest mentally in a while.

Some of these tracks here are really intense, and some that are inadvertently interactive. You get the most out of the experience by bobbing your head up and down or just sway with the beat.
