While the bad mic quality is understandable, as this is their debut record after all, it does take away from the listening experience. Hopefully some day The Strokes remaster this album.
This album just gets better and better with every listen. It’s so powerful and energetic, but that has come to be expected from Godspeed after a career over a decade long. Definitely feeling a strong 8 to light 9 on this one, and for now is my album of the year 🤑
AM somehow managed to create an album where every song is incredibly catchy and enjoyable to listen to, and on their debut album no less. One of my favorite records I’ve listened to as of recently
JID is like the second coming of Andre 3000. The guy has some of best flows from any rapper I’ve ever heard, and some of the best lyrics, and hes one of the coolest artists out right now. Other rappers like Carti and the whole opium thing try and be mysterious and edgy, but really they’ll never come close to JID

Lots of beautiful songs here, people hate on this album wayyy too much
First off, this should’ve been the first of many albums to come in Buckleys career. He had loads of talent, and it’s a tragedy he was lost so early in his life.
This album starts off strong, with the first three tracks establishing just how great of a singer this guy is, with grace in particular being of of my favorites.
