Definitely not a bad album, but 21 fails to change the flow he’s been using for years, and it ends up getting repetitive near the end of the track list. Luckily red sky and dark days were there to give this album the strong ending it needed

Kendrick Lamar’s debut mixtape holds up EXTRAORDINARILY well. The rapping is on point, the beats bang, and the features are worked so well into the track list. There are some lows, but the highs are some of his best work.

This album completely blew me away. The vocals are stunning, the production is incredible unlike anything I’ve ever heard before. Something about her voice is so enchanting, it’s like magic. Absolutely perfect record 🤩
