I don't think that Thornhill has produced a bad song. That being said, this one was a slow grower for me. I think it was some of the production choices on this album had me a little confused from song to song, but I think it was because I hadn't listened the album from top to bottom , because once I did, I saw the vision these guys had.

With Echo Sonata being my first real exposure to ERRA, I was intrigued by what the band was going to offer from this album. I wasn't disappointed, and there was some heft to a number of these tracks. That being said, none of them were life-changingly spectacular. The album is very good at what it attempts to accomplish.

This album took a second for me to really digest because I was enamored with BODIES on its release. Even though TDP was originally my exposure to this band through Red Summer, which I adored from first listen, I hadn't listened to the album start to finish. And holy crap was I missing out.
