It was artsy and captivating. I gotta say I had fun listening to it sometimes, but her voice felt off. Sometimes it felt like a very interesting and experimental way of using vocals, but sometimes it just felt forced and annoying. OH MY GOD. This album is so perfect in so many ways, love this soul album DOWN. Beautiful compositions with life changing funky vibes and uplifting spirits all around me. There's basically nothing that brings it down, because everything about it just makes you wanna vibe so hard and listen nonstop. OUTSTANDING introduction to Stevie Wonder.
It felt washed down. Where’s the spirit in this? Too much intent to be iconic and mother, but where is good stuff? I don’t see anything that really stands out to me. It’s not really something that surprises me. It’s just boring and repetitive at the end. It’s something that I don’t feel safe associating with, you can clearly tell which of the songs are singles because they sound clearly better than the rest.
Sometimes I was a little snoozed out because sometimes it wasn’t as interesting, but oh my god the amount of exciting moments just really brought everything up so often. Great album, I honestly loved it.
