This is my comfort album, as in whenever i feel really down (self-harm wise or whatever it is) i run toward this masterpiece.
This is my favourite album ever. I have no complaints. None. It stands as a perfect goodbye to Jvne's partner.
I came to this a couple months ago (eehehe completely forgot to talk about it) but it was a wonderful listen.
Going back through it, the production is amazing and very enjoyable, and most if not all tracks go insanely hard.
EIGHTIES I LOVE YOU SO MUCH THIS ENTIRE LP IS WONDERFUL.
Yes, some tracks are arguably worse than others, but still, they're really nice, and "what we did in the desert" stands as one of my all-time favourite songs.
Internet Money has some of the best production in the entire industry. Amazing project on that end.
The inconsistency is still very noticeable though, with tracks such as Take It Slow and Block mixed with wonders like Lemonade and Message.
Days before rodeo is personally my favourite Travis project. The vocals, lyrics, production. Everything, amazing... Though somne songs are an exception (Basement freestyle and BACC***, i'm looking at you)
Favourite tracks: Drugs you should try it; Mamacita
Least favourite tracks: Basement Freestyle; BACC***
Arguably the best Travis Scott song ever.
Wonderful beat, amazing mixing, beautiful vocals.
The inconsitencis here hurt, and they hurt really hard.
Favourite tracks: Unbothered, Nuketown
Least enjoyed tracks: Far gone; U and I
Slightly disappointing seen the talent voda really has.
I've been a big voda fan for the last year, and when this came out I was quite excited.
it starts of well, but it just gets slightly repetitive.
Lyrics-wise, it's slightly more uninspired than most of his projects.
Production-wise, it's a realyl good project, though it's the big probem here: the beats carry most of the songs.
Count me as one of the hoes because god damn was this project scarily amazing.
Favourite tracks: Burfict!; Garbage Patch Kids
Let's get straight to the point: good songs and awful ones.
J. Cole, while not the most talented artist, is definetly a good one, but he makes the same mistake as many other talented artists: the inconsistency is destructive.
Favourite tracks: No Role Modelz
Least favourite tracks: Hello, St. Trpez
Wow, was this a shitshow.
I'll be the first one to say that Gunna has some good songs, but there definetly aren't any of those here.
His style gets so repetitive that by the third song you're already skipping parts.
Gunna, you have talent, don't waste it with these disasterpieces.
This project by Young Thug shows his quality as an artist. Great production, classical Young Thug lyrics.
Yes, some tracks are weaker than others, but the strong ones are amazing.
Favourite tracks: Wyclef Jean, Floyd Mayweather
Wonderful Psychedelia record. I'm getting more and more into the genre due to its wonderful melodies, and I feel like this classic is a perfect introduction to it.
Favourite tracks: Let it Happen, The Less I Know The Better
Rome in Silver has some beautiful production, definetly surprising. I first listened to Skin around the better part of a year ago and didn't think much of it (I enjoyed it but I didn't really reflect on it). Earlier this month, I listened to it again so I just listened to the entire EP. I do not regret it at all. Beautiful songs all around.
Favourite songs: Skin, Get Lost
Am I late to the party? My bad, my bad.
This is an amazing album that pretty much does all it needs as an experimental album.
Now I understand why diehard Death Grips fans are so annoying.
Had never listened to Gao before, and I was definetly not disappointed. As others have pointed out, incredible production and really good lyrics.
I came to this project with high expectations due to the amazing work on Basement Popstar, and I left slightly disappointed. The production is subpar, in general but especially compared to previous projects. Still, Anything 2 is a pretty enjoyable listen, and Anxiety3 isn;t bad either.
