What the fuck is going on. I didn't know what to expect. All I heard from North West is the 'I'm your bestie' thing. I also don't even know this genre. The sample are horrid, but probably because I hated those songs, but the production is genuinely decent and has a lot of potential. Her vocals also sound decently good, especially on the title track and Th!s t!m3, where I prefered it. What a lowkey pleasant surprise. Its fun.
Oh, and she's 12.
Its been two whole years since J. Cole surprise released his now infamous mixtape Might Delete Later and, well, its far from his best work. Thankfully, he rereleased his mixtapes later in the year but this left a bad stain on his career, which can be seen why on the final track which will go on to becomes the main talking point.

Jay-Z is a rapper that I could never get tired of. Never out of rotation despite being tired of hip-hop, or just not wanting any lyrical or deep meanings in my songs. Yet, he has stood the test of time, outlasting many of my personal favourites and continuing to be fresh. I always respected J. Cole but he was never my favourite, maybe a couple songs here and there, but nothing too extraordinary. 2014 Forest Hills Drive was great. 4 Your Eyez Only was respectable, even if I found it slow and boring.
