This is not a perfect album, but it is MY perfect album. And that is for one reason: Marjorie.
As a loud and proud Swiftie my whole life, it really breaks my heart to be witnessing her musical downfall. I wanted to love this album so much, but the writing is derivative and cringe, and the vocals are way too loud and completely overpower some genuinely catchy melodies. Taylor's songwriting prowess has always been a result of her relatability, but this album comes off as wildly out-of-touch and even arrogant.
