I really don’t have much of a solid opinion either way on this album. There are some really interesting elements including Trippie’s voice, which I actually find really interesting. And there are some pretty good tracks on the front half of the album, I do think it fizzles out towards the back half of the album though. Trippie doesn’t do anything on this album to really make himself stand out from the rest of the trap artists in hip hop at the moment. I do especially enjoy the Playboi Carti feature, although some of the adlibs are mixed kinda weird and almost feel like they get in the way of the verse. Trippie gets on a whole bunch of different types of trap beats here. Some of which you could say are somewhat jazz influenced. The first song he literally raps over an EDM beat, which is kinda fun. I don’t know. I don’t have much else to say about this. It’s fine.
