Not a bad album but not as original as badmotorfinger and superunknown were.
Very mid. CS cover was horrible but I was ok with the other metal songs. Not a bad album just very mid
Very boring and unoriginal. I only tend to return to “creep” and the opener “you”
A fantastic album that sees Soundgarden sacrifice some small grunge components for more classic rock influences and it just works so well. Chris Cornell’s vocals are also fantastic on this.
One of Laynes last projects and a very interesting one at that with Alice in Chains chainging many elements of their sound. I really like "Sludge Factory" and "Heaven Beside You". Jerry Cantrell does a gret job on guitar with this album
A short little Ep but great nevertheless. I love the acoustic sound and Jerrys singing on this.
Such a good debut album. Very interesting and a great way to publicize that grunge sound. I love Layne Staley's voice on this
Its an average Metallica experience. My biggest problem with this album is the guitar riffs. A lot of Kirks solos sound very similar and unimaginative.
Finally, a Metallica album that has decent production again. A fun and interesting listen yet still doesn't do a whole lot for me. Atlas Rise and Moth into Flame are very nice.
so much better than St. anger and it felt like a Metallica album. Still, the production is awful and some of the tracks feel very overwritten.
Another great album from Metallica, but the mix is horrid. The drums are very loud while the bass doesn't even exist. Despite this, a great project from Metallica. RIP Cliff Burton
