whilst this album is still quite predictable, almost certainly directed by his label (ngl he an industry plant but its okay) and way too long (ts would be way better if it had like 12 tracks), the undeniable quality of vocals, occasional creative decisions and artistic consistency throughout this album is very much note-worthy. this is certainly a step up from his EP and gives me hope that mr barnes will one day venture outside of the media confines of safe, radio - friendly, slightly generic ... read more

idk why this album just doesnt click with me. like by every preditable metric it should; bladee, good chemistry, idylic hyperopo influences. for some reason it just doesnt work at all for my eardrums and that makes me really sad.
