i was admittedly quite afraid of what was going to be 'Terrified'. a 19-track fakemink album has equal the opportunity to be excellent or pretty bland (with that being said, i've listened to MOST of fakemink's discography and only found myself really disliking a handful of songs). i think it's reasonable to be hesitant yet also curious and hopeful for an artist like fakemink. his catchy, ear candy DIY production is hypnotizing underneath his oftentimes up-pitched voice. ... read more

i wrote a different review initially, but I want to take the time to highlight how good the track "If I Was a Folkstar" is.
