I'll write a longer review later but all in all, this can be summed up simply as beautiful. Wills Voice is at his best here and he fully displays the range of his songwriting and musicality. Stripping back many of the theatrical & noise rock elements creating a really cozy folk album. The pacing and placement of tracks is my only complaint, but still one of my favorites
SO much to love with this mans music. He does a great Waits ohmage while still doing a lot of his own thing.
Perfectly sets up the film and aesthetic. Very good ambient horror soundtrack that has a great use of sound
Criminally underated Waits record. Bridges that gap and is a good listen w only one or two songs that drag.
ehh.... you know what this is. I know what this. WE ALL know what this is. the original 1989 is better production wise anyways.
Lovely live tracks, some of wills better and more emotional vocal performances. Does drag quite a bit but what did you expect when its one dude singing sad singer songwriter type shit on a ukulele
