Prior to this album, Drake had a lot to address.. and he did so by releasing a bloated 25-track album. Contrary to other belief, in terms of hits, I think this project is weak. The popular, party songs included in this album just are not enjoyable to me. This album had some of the best beats and Drake could’ve done better on them (”Blue Tint” and “Survival”??). Surprisingly, this album seemed more cohesive than his others, but overall an OK listen.

2019’s Rap Album of the Year was not the worst listen in the world. Unfortunately, with time, this album did not age that well. “Invasion of Privacy” is riddled with bangers, some of which don’t fit the theme of the album. Songs like “Best Life” and “She Bad” were tough listens, but there are good songs to make up for it. Overall, I just believe that there are as many misses as there are hits in this track list.

Usher's "Confessions" would be a near perfect album if the track list ended midway through the album. Tracks 2 - 7 are like the 2017 warriors. The meaning is self-explanatory so I feel like I don't have to address it, but it was executed well until it became a bit strung out. In comparison to the 2017 warriors, Tracks 13 - 15 are the Javale McGee type players. Honestly, this sound fits Machine Gun Kelly pretty well. Although the concept of "Tickets To My Downfall" is a bit awkward, some of the songs carry the rating. The song "my ex's best friend" is one that I revisit occasionally, and there are others that I would not mind listening to. More things that I noted was that WWIII was an... interesting listen.
