Tyler, The Creator - Wolf

This album has a special place in my heart, Sonny rating may be a bit biased. I absolutely love the production on this album, very beat has something unique about it that another song doesn’t. This album has Tyler’s best rapping, as he flows so well on most of the songs. The melodies on this song are amazing, and something that you can just get lost in. And most importantly, it has a great storyline, completing the wolf trilogy (even though it’s supposed to be second).

Babytron and E both have amazing verses on this track, with E being the star. The beat is great, the bars are hard, and the flows are unmatched.

I love this album. The production is fun, dancy, hard hitting, catchy, and at times euphoric. Tyler’s rapping and singing on this album are at an all time high, with great performances on both, most notably on Stop Playing With Me and I’ll Take Care Of You. For an album that is meant to have fun with, it does its job perfectly. I have a smile on my face from start to finish. Truly a free-minded masterpiece

It felt like I listened to the same song 24 times. It’s the same uninspired beats and flows for the entirety of the album. It’s something that I’ve listened to a million times. Disappointing, especially after how good the WDTY series was.

This album is just amazing. Great singing, amazing features, beautiful instrumentals, and even some hard ass bars. It was great to see Kevin get Ameer on some tracks, it really brought the brockhampton vibe back. An album filled with heavy emotions, it kept me engaged and amazed the entire project.
