Wants to feel cool, ends up sounding a little too pep rally esp in the chorus to sustain it
this album has a mustiness to it. some of the cavernous wailing droning sections of tracks belong in a fear and hunger ost
i love the one song titled 'beansclub' that ISNT the song made BY the artist beansclub. anyway really solid! golemm got me here but its a trip, if a bit muddy like 2/5ths in, but it kicks back up

her swagger is so tangible, so irresistible, she knew how to cook up quintessential early 2000s pure-hearted jpop but with an unmistakably moody infusion that put her on the charts RIGHTFULLY
nu metal specifically for people who play ssx and think about going to skate parks and no one else. most of it overstays its welcome. its bad and i like it
something clicked for the general public when this came out that enabled everyone to finally recognize the genius concepts, musicality, and execution of aesthetics that red velvet wielded. this is only a fraction of their power
i dont feel as much divine strength out of this as eusexua. feeling more sober, its coming down from a high in a peaceful yet disorienting process. or like waking up from a vivid dream and while you lay motionless in bed your nerves are lit and your heart is in your ears. it jumped back into its body - but i do prefer the headspace of the last release
i mean its definitely for the clerb so i like it on principle. but i know club tunes with more inspired production, this feels a little thrown around. beats for the shake-n-go girls
for an anime that's wholly centered around the music industry and praising how beautiful singer/songwriter originals are,, i found most of the singer/songwriter originals to be mid

mmmm its fine, i like her getting into adventurous singing territory, beyond the speak-singing. the other aspects arent panning out as well as that, the different styles shoved between her standard club fare has it feeling a little watered down maybe? sexy4ever sounds straight up like a meghan trainor song

extremely fun chorus, very twinkly, the rest of the song isnt as strong
the mix isnt great, she has got to edit the *t mk tmkt ek mpt tp tmp* stickiness from her singing bc im getting misophonic. but it really does sound so 2017 like theres a creamy sunset filter on everything and ure also at an edm festival

on the tamer side, focusing on the atmospheric, sounding like decayed robot parts, an algorithm sorter, an old automated message with little sense. video gamey. the whirring and clicking sounds blend together hard
i have been massively underappreciating this album, fuck! the pace is really crawling, which i guess puts it in the back of my mind in the bjork gamut and i dont really reach for it or crave it. so lush, sounds like a delicate biome. all the small microbeats come together like the fine fibers of a piece of tulle
decent light afternoon snack. would be like watching paint dry if i listened to this at 11 pm

i really wasnt vibing with this one, and i honestly was finding issue with the dated corny lyrics (which i usually dont care abt but her singing is so crisp it just forces you to pay attention to them), and then she made the meta move of singing "do you like the way i rhyme? its pretty darn clever" and i just gave in.
