Really sad seeing an album full of interludes after such a long wait. The track lengths worried me from the start; they always made me scared the songs weren't gonna be enough, and unfortunately, it came true.
Tracks like PIXELATED KISSES and Sojourn shine on this album but they're buried under middling interludes that really act as padding for the album.
With Drag Path, my rating remains the same. Drag Path still is fucking awesome and I'm fuming that it wasn't on regular Breach.
I love how it just progressively gets more intense. The song also is so much more of a gut punch than Intentions since it's more bittersweet than Intention's pure sadness.
I love Drag Path. I wish it was on streaming.
A lot more atmospheric than normal black midi tracks. As a result, it is far slower, bogging it down (seriously, 11 and a half minutes?) I love the part at 6:30 where it progressively gets more intense. I do see why this wasn't on Schlagenheim, though. This is a bit of a slog.
