first listening to this travelilg by car on the highway is top 5 experiences of the year, nobody does it like Geese and Cameron Winter always surpasses itself
first thoughts after listening my most anticipated album of the year (by storm next LP doesn't count bc isn't confirmed):
so far AOTY, holy shit what an experience... the atmosphere and landscape construction here is INSANE, even better than what he did on IDMTHY. accompanied by that mystical ocean production that got me levitating in some tracks. Quad built this album SO well and just for that is undeniably one of the best projects of the year. gonna listen A LOT to this... thanks ... read more
I can't believe there are people who listened to TPAB when it came out and assumed it would be the 2015 aoty, only for Death Grips to release this shit 2 weeks later.
this exceeded my expectations completely, the album completely blew my mind. Death grips decides to go on noise rock mode and it's brutal, with a crazy but at the same time coherent production, which is perfectly accompanied by which are, in my opinion, the best lyrical works in their discography. I never thought that ... read more
Now that I've listened to this, I don't feel guilty that I didn't like Homogenic.
Björk is never an easy listen, and not in a bad way.Their production is one of the most powerful I've heard, they transmit in a dense way the same thing their lyrics say, for that reason their talent and artistic quality are undeniable. For a reason you will always see everyone talking about her influence and how she changed the genre and even music as an art.
That being said, I ... read more
I can't say that Ichiko is an angel, a fairy, or any mystical creature, because she is a unique being of her kind. I really don't know how she manages to make just her voice accompanied by a small guitar become such divine art. It's embracing, stunning, serene, cold, and conveys a lot.
gracias Natalia

one of the most creative albums I've ever heard
tales from the hell, of people who, through no merit of their own, had the destiny of hell. told through complex and exciting writing, accompanied by an unreal fusion of instruments, a completely well-crafted atmosphere and of course, madness.
wacho nosotro somos Hesse Kassel, tenemos La Brea
