Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out
95

I feel like an idiot for thinking this is overhyped literally a no-skip album.

93 --> 95
the more I listen the better it gets

Little Simz - Sometimes I Might Be Introvert
98

absolutely beautiful

to be honest after her most recent record I didn't know if it could be topped but this album is perfect THE MELODIES LYICS AND PRODUCTION are spectacular even the interludes hit hard and normally I don't care for them. I do think 'how did you get here' should of swapped 'Miss understood' as the last song but thats my only issue.

Slowdive - Souvlaki
91

a record that fills me with nostalgia despite never having heard it

Knocked Loose - You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To
88

listening this while having a sore throat I deeply relate to this album and the lead singer

96

such a chaotic personality packed album

King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King
100

crazy this being my first art rock album and this album is probably the greatest introduction into the genre.
(recommendations for more in the genre is highly appreciated)

it's hard to get me to pick back up something again but this album really makes me want to play flute again. The whimsical nature of the record is what i imagined those 1800s fairy tales sounded like blended with some distorted guitars and social commentary.

Ethel Cain - Perverts
90

the more i listen and find new details within this ep i am in love with the genius of it

Katrina and the Waves - Katrina and the Waves
72

this album actually surprised me but i'm a simple person the guitars across the whole album are stunning

Pink Floyd - Animals
100

an album that truly transcends time and over the past decade has become more relevant and introspective than before. using the metaphor of an animal farm in relation to the capitalist patriarchy and the animals representing the people within the system;

pigs= greedy leaders using their power to oppress everyone below while promising that if they (the people) work hard enough they'll be able to reach the top. The track discusses the dirty nature of the pigs and the ways they oppress the ... read more

Frankie Grande - Hotel Rock Bottom
8

i feel homophobic to give an album this low

his vocals throughout the album does not sound like a real person not to mention how every song has the most generic 2010s beat while trying to sound like 80s synth music. this is the most corporate gay music for white people I've heard this year

Chappell Roan - The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess
97

its weird to look back on this album and realize it sparked my love for music, of course I listened and loved music before then but it was always a background thing; I never thought about how music made me feel. You can feel the personality and passion behind this project which MAKES it so fun and exciting to listen to. For me its celebration of pop music and queer culture throughout time. The sadder songs have a deep yearning for someone/something that every queer person can relate too.

Broken Social Scene - You Forgot It in People
100

give me a day to finish this review I'm to emotionally broken by this album

Ethel Cain - Fuck Me Eyes
96

oh myy.. those synths. every time I listen to ethel I feel like I'm floating into the heavens; though I prefer nettles that does not downplay who incredible this song is

Benson Boone - American Heart
33

not even that bad but so painfully boring i can't give it any higher.

James Marriott - Don't Tell The Dog
92

I don't understand why people think this album lacks compared to AWTY this is easily his most creative experimental album to date. The melodies are fun yet chaotic and even the slower songs have such a developed and beautiful atmosphere. NOT TO MENTION the lyrics are so incredibly heartbreaking and I've never seen someone connecting everyday experiences to relationships like he does. Of course I miss his rockier elements but this album does not need them.

ABBA - Gold: Greatest Hits
95

everytime i listen to abba I fall inlove again. 80s pop is so stunning, pop will never be this peak again.
