This beat sounds like an 80's love song but the lyrics or vocals don't capture the character as well as the show does, not enough smothering or insanity unlike her other single already dead.
Edit: Kinda gets annoyingly repetitive the more you listen, it becomes more dull the third and fourth listen
Distorted Vortex killing it once again with this new EP. The production is better then ever before and this was after listening on both Spotify and Soundcloud.
This could have been a great project it if it wasn't for R O T, in my opinion anyway. The other 4 tracks, not including the intro and outro, are great and all have a consistent and creative beat where as R O T is the only one I would deem annoying with its vocal mixing being the stand out part.

WE SO BACK
Been making this for about a month and I think it turned out alright. My first album has a score of over 80 while I am writing this which I think is insane, thanks for the love and support. I wanted to actually fit my music around a concept this time so I just found an image, made art of it and stuck with an idea surrounding it. Someone coming to terms with their life and regretting a certain decision they made but ultimately coming out ok on the other end. Hope you ... read more
This feels like the music they play at clubs early in the morning, wants to keep the party going without giving people headaches, its great. It's always good to try unique genre combinations and this pair worked well, an album of this would be great.

Hear me out.
This is the first Panic! at the Disco album to have a red score on AOTY, they never had a green score album but they were never close to a red, this intrigued me. I had already heard snippets of this album, High Hopes from the radio and Hey Look Ma, I Made It from Todd In the Shadow's best hit songs of 2018 list. I though both songs were quite good, Hey Look Ma, I Made It especially. After relistening to Hey Look Ma, I Made It on one my playlists I decided to give the album a ... read more
I think this song has one of the most creative youtube video I have ever seen, with the subtitles being used to create an eerie, possessed like vibe to the video. The song however is just good enough to make the video work but not enough to work as a standalone song, the vocals work well enough on their own but feel flat on the hook while the music on the hook doesn't feel vital enough to contain the energy the lyrics and vocals are trying to impose.
I will enjoy one of Kron Named Idiots album, one day, just not today. This definitely had potential to be a great album and there definitely are a few songs on here that are great, but the overall listening experience is kinda ruined by the under devlopded songs. It would have benefited to add a minute or two to add some extra stuff t really expand the song or keep from adding such long intros and outros.

I like this song, really like this song. The vibe that this song gives off is unmatched and it makes it better then the first single. Hopefully The Dead Land keeps coming out with singles like this or compiles and makes an album. I see AOTY potential, mark my words.

I don't hate it but I don't love it. There are some songs I can't stand but there are some songs I come back to sometimes.
While there are some great beats here and there mixed with a clear emotional drive makes the album great, the mixing of the vocals, the sometimes bland lyrics and weird distortion bring the project down. The tracks are too short for their own good, they often don't get the time to evolve or embed the emotion into the track like other emotionally driven projects like By The ... read more
While the album starts off bland, the whole album is well put together with some great tracks, the reason the scores go as low as they do is because of small elements added on that ruin the song (i.e The shaking sound on La bataille d'une vie) or the beat just being boring compared to the rest of the album (i.e the intro called Intro).

There are some cools ideas for beats in here but the execution is lack luster and makes the beats feel off as a result, also why does the best track have the worst name.

I'm absolutely floored. Two AOTY user projects release within a month of each other and both are absolutely fantastic. Seeing the 100 user score from the artist is usually not a reflection of the music but in this case it is. Even though only 4 out of the 6 songs have been released, from the songs we got, we have some of the most hyper and ambitious stuff out this year.
Sky Falling is a perfect intro that seamlessly blends together the hard hitting drums with the distorted beat. The whole song ... read more
My friend became addicted to Heart's a Mess and became the number 1 listener for this song, My friend was praising the hell out of the song, the album and the artist. So I decided to give a listen and it is a great album. The vibe it goes for and raw emotion are unmatched, the production is great and it works perfectly with the vocals which are sung to a tee.
A dumb meme song with outdated humour, I shouldn't like it...
But the beat slaps and the flows are nice to listen to so I love it.

I swear I blink and a new Arthurium project comes out.
How did this come out after Act 5? Act 5 was so out of this world in production choices and the mixes are sloppy, while this project is more frail and calm, wit great mixes and samples. This could have been one of the best Arthuruim project but there are a few weak tracks the sour the pot. My favourite track is Interlude.0000 which is just sample of Say The Name off of clipping's Visions of Bodies Being Burned, the sample is calm, catchy ... read more
