This record is beautiful and utterly breathtaking. I was connected instantly to Ellis’ soulful voice, whirling sounds and divine lyrics. After watching videos of him performing, I adored this record even more. I lay with my eyes closed and experienced poetry through song, embracing this intimate and tender record like a warm hug.
Dominic Fike’s songwriting abilities are off the charts. His tracks are snappy, striking and soulful . Dominic is an explorative guitarist, embracing edgy sounds and keeping the listener entertained. This album is an immediate vibe, and was such a highlight of 2025.
I love this record. Van's vocals are phenomenal. I LOVE HOURGLASS
