I cannot, in good conscious, leave Bigger Than the Whole Sky in the rankings due to the story of losing someone close to you who you've only known for a short time. Whether this is due to a death or an emotional loss is up to interpretation. This strikes a chord with me as a physical loss, which is why I leave it out of my personal rankings.
